Bridges, dentures and implants are all different ways that a dentist can restore your beautiful, healthy smiles. Dental implants are small titanium posts that are inserted into the jawbone. This does require a surgical procedure. Once they are completely fused to the jawbone, a dental implant is fixed to place to bring back your beautiful smile.
